carriers, Agency Systems announces ENABLE.
- ENABLE is a new generation carrier connectivity suite of products which includes Agency
Systems direct bill commission statement download, personal lines download, commercial
lines download that can even create invoices all integrated seamlessly with ACORD Forms
and agency-carrier web connectivity.
- What makes ENABLE different from other Vendors?
ENABLE creates the client, policy, coverage and in most cases creates the invoice
(commission records) as well. Additionally, built in logic drastically reduces the
number of exceptions and allows you to assign producers to policies on initial
download thus creating the first, truly hands free management system.
- What is the agency carrier web connective feature?
Agency View (part of the ENABLE product) allows you to service your client
immediately with "Agency Systems One Touch" technology. By right clicking on a
policy, you are connected directly to the carrier web site and in most cases to that
exact policy, allowing you to service existing accounts and transact new business in
a one step process.
- How does this feature save me time?
When used in conjunction with your carrier download, you can service your account on
the carrier web site and download those changes directly to your system. This
completes the circle of carrier communications by allowing you to transact new
business, service existing customers and download changes and new business with
virtually any carrier.
- How does commission downloading help me?
The ENABLE commission DL feature allows you to reconcile commission statements
directly from your carrier (electronically) thus eliminating the time required to
input these transactions and then reconcile them. Larger agencies with substantial
direct bill books have been able to eliminate a position entirely and reassign that
staff member to more profitable activities.
- What if my carrier does not offer a commission download?
ENABLE will create the invoice (commission record) file in many cases even if your
carrier does not offer the feature. We work with existing carrier data provided in
download files to create invoices on new business and net change premiums for
endorsements and cancellations. This tremendous time saving feature relieves your
office of manually entering invoices to policy downloads to create the commission
records.
Direct Bill reconciliation used to be time consuming and tedious. ENABLE simplifies
and streamlines the process with unique features and "adjust on the fly" technology.
You are able to make adjustments to premium or commission discrepancies "on the fly"
