Attaching a Signature to an Acord Form

Overview:
Agency Systems offers the ability to attach a signature to an Acord form. Prior to attaching the signature to a form your signature must be scanned in by Agency Systems support staff and sent back to you electronically.

Process:
Setting up the Producer:
  1. From Client Explorer, select the Profiles menu, then Producer.
  2. Enter the appropriate producer code in the provided field.
  3. Select Signature, then browse.
  4. Locate the file sent to you by Agency Systems customer support, then select Open.
  5. Select Save, then Exit.
  6. Select Save, then exit Producer Maintenance screen.
Attaching to an specific Acord Form
  1. Pull up the form you wish to attach the signature to.
  2. Select Other, then Signature.
  3. Select Show signature on form.
  4. Type the appropriate producer code in the provided field.
  5. Select OK, then Save the Acord form.
