Batch Print - Print or Email Memos, Acord forms, and other Attachments

Overview:
Batch Print is a powerful feature that allows you to group Memos, ACORD Forms, and other Attachments together, and send in batch to the printer, or as an attachment on an email message.

Process:
  1. Load the Client on one of the four Client Tabs.
  2. Select the Policy Number under Active Policies
  3. Select Automated Procedures -> Batch Print.

  4. On the Batch Print window, place a select the item(s) to include; Memos, ACORD forms, and other Attachments.

  5. Select either Print, Email, or FAX the selected items. (If Attachments are selected, the Print and FAX options will be disabled)


Notes:

  • Batch Print is also available from a Submission by selecting Print, and on ACORD forms via the Other drop-down.
  • The FAX option requires the installation of additional FAX software. Click here for more details.
  • The E-mail option will open the Compose Message window. Click here for more details.
  • Any ACORD forms and Memos that are selected will be permanently attached as an un-editable PDF file for E&O records.
