Batch Print is a powerful feature that allows you to group Memos, ACORD Forms, and other Attachments together, and send in batch to the printer, or as an attachment on an email message.
Process:
- Load the Client on one of the four Client Tabs.
- Select the Policy Number under Active Policies.
- Select Automated Procedures -> Batch Print.

- On the Batch Print window, place a select the item(s) to include; Memos, ACORD forms, and other Attachments.

- Select either Print, Email, or FAX the selected items. (If Attachments are selected, the Print and FAX options will be disabled)
