New Product Announcement

This past year we have developed the latest version of Agency Systems called "Newton". You will be hearing more about it over the next weeks as it is released from beta testing.

Just a few of the features of Newton include:

Simplified Client Services Screen
New client screen allows you to view more client information in a simple, vertical tree-view layout. This means you don't have to click separate tabs to see active policies, memos, suspense items etc. you get a better picture of the client's account without jumping between screens.

Using the new hyperlinks you can easily connect to other areas of the system and create new items, all from a single screen!

The basic client tab also displays customer contact information including e-mail links, phone numbers (work, home cell, fax) for each family member or client employee. They can even be e-mailed directly from here.

Open Multiple (up to four) clients at one time.

By simply clicking on a new client tab you can switch from one client to another without losing your place (or your work) then quickly jump back to where you were. Our unique approach doesn't gobble up your system resources as some systems might.

Both personal and commercial lines downloads have been expanded to include ALL lines of business available from your carriers.

This includes package policies, inland marine, umbrella and watercraft among others. But most importantly, the download viewer displays all the information your carrier has. In addition to standard download data, information such as reason for policy change, lien holder information, ticket or accident details, notes from the company and much more.

The new Bank Reconciliation makes balancing your bankbook a breeze. Advanced features make an otherwise time consuming task far simpler.

Groups all cash and check transactions in a specified time frame, totaling them on the fly until they match those items on your bank statement. Once totaled, you can reconcile the entire group with a single click. Checks can be grouped to total the daily sweep from an insurer and cash can be grouped to match the total deposits for the month. If you are interrupted for any reason, you can save your work and come back to it without starting over!

Enhanced Imaging. Going paperless has never been easier. With 4 ways to acquire images, the Newton system works with you not against you!

• Twain compliance means "single click" image acquisition
• Drag and drop allows you to easily grab any type of electronic document including live E-mail, Web Pages, Adobe PDF, Word, Excel etc in a single step as well.
• Copy and Paste from web pages, documents etc

Of course you can also "browse" for images like most systems are relegated to.
