Bulk Certificate Processing

Many agencies have expressed an interest in the ability to reduce or eliminate the need to print Certificates on renewal. Especially beneficial those for those clients that may have 20, 50 or 200 Certificate Holders to process, a conservative estimate of $2.00 per certificate should be achieved.
The idea is simple. When you setup a Certificate Holder in the database, you can select "Electronic or Paper" for the default Certificate delivery method.
When you "Process All" at renewal time, those certificate holders that are selected for Electronic delivery are e-mailed their certificate directly with no further action required.
Those certificate holders selected for paper delivery will print to the default printer for insertion into #10 window envelopes.
Of course you still have the ability to "one off" e-mail or print, signed Certificates as your system has always allowed.
This significant enhancement is part of your normal support agreement and will be released along with the Newton version of the program to be released soon. Please call support to schedule your update.
