During the transition to Newton, we were extremely pleased with the quality of training. Our trainer had years of insurance background, was patient, listened to our concerns, and designed our training around our particular needs.
We elected to have onsite training, and felt that this added benefit made a considerable difference for our staff.
One of our favorite features is the ability to drag and drop email from Outlook quickly and efficiently to client files. This is just one example of the way Newton delivers an outstanding management system.
