After a computer problem I called today with questions about restoring Newton from a backup. Kenneth answered my questions and I told him I could go ahead and do it. He was concerned about my system working properly so he said he would be happy to help. After the backup loaded he checked it and then upgraded Newton to the latest release for me!
Then he followed up with an email about the upgrade changes, and another one about backing up Newton.
