Our office staff is simply amazed at the speed of the daily downloads. Prior to Newton, our previous system downloads would take over 60 minutes. Agency Systems takes about one minute to process the same task—what a time saver!
If that is not enough, the customer service is excellent. If I have a question about the system I just call customer service and get a live person immediately and an answer within minutes. We made an excellent choice when we chose Newton by Agency Systems.
